Terms and Conditions of Purchase

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At EF Golf, we understand that circumstances such as work, family commitments, illness, or emergencies may require you to adjust your booking. We will always do our best to help, however prior notice is required for all changes.

All rescheduling is subject to coach availability, and cancellation fees may still apply.

 

By booking any EF Golf service, you agree to the following terms.

1. Pre-Paid Package/Subscription Customers

  • Packages are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.

  • 24 hours or more notice: Lesson credited back to your account.

  • Less than 24 hours notice: full lesson fee will be charged.

2. Pay-As-You-Go Customers

  • 24 hours or more notice: No cancellation fee.

  • Less than 24 hours notice: full lesson fees will be charged.

  • Any outstanding fees must be paid before booking another lesson.

3. Pre-Paid Weekly Group Lessons (6–10 Week Blocks)

  • Group lessons are offered at a reduced rate and are therefore non-refundable.

  • Please ensure you can attend all scheduled dates.

  • Weather-related reschedules will be communicated and added to the end of the programme.

4. Group Clinics (Corporate or Private)

  • 7 days notice: No cancellation fee.

  • 48 hours or more notice: 50% cancellation fee applies.

  • Less than 48 hours notice: Full session fee will be charged.

5. Gift Vouchers (purchased before 20th November 2025)

  • Valid at Omaha Beach Golf Club and Warkworth Golf Club.

  • Redeemable only by the person named on the voucher.

  • Can be used for the listed product/service or to the same value.

  • Must be paid for at time of purchase.

  • No cash refunds.

  • Late cancellations (within 24 hours): full lesson fee will be deducted from voucher.

  • Valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

General Policies

Coach Cancellations

If EF Golf needs to cancel a lesson due to illness or emergencies, you will be offered the next available time or provided a full refund.

Illness or Injury

In the case of sudden illness, injury or family emergency, please advise us as soon as possible. A one-time short-notice waiver may be applied at the coach’s discretion.

Weather

In the case of adverse weather conditions, we will reschedule your lesson.  This may be to another location or to a new date at the agreement of both parties.
